I remember when I took my stock one off after 20,000 miles. She was on there good. I tried the big mallet, then the air chisel. Finally I said **** it and got out the Sawzall.

I hooked a ratcheting strap to the front of the muffler and the other end to the hitch, ratcheted it down while wiggling the muffler and it popped right off....

Just got back from doing easter stuff so now im gonna try that ratchet idea. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for everyones advise.

man I wouldn't even waste your time, straight pipes sound ratty and there way to loud. well they are with long tubes and high flow cats anyway, HAHAHHAHA.

4,000lb ram! that will take it off.
