Unhappy Some one has to know

I have a bit of a dilemma. Im in the market for a certain car, but I need a little bit more money to get what I want, is there anyway to get a loan for a few thousand dollars???...The catch is, I am 18, no work history, or credit, and im tryin to do this without my parents help, is that possible??.

Dude don't settle for less. Just hold off on a vehicle until you have enough for what you want. your only 1700 away. You said your starting work, so just work for a month or 2 and save the 1700 you need. If you've really got your heart set on something I think you'll be dissapointed if you get something less especiualy since your prety close.

I agree you should hold out,
and if your paying big dollars for the car,
lets say 10 to 20 g's (or more of course)
tell them thats all you got, and see if they come down ???

GOOD LUCK

That is one thing I learned the hard way. It is always worth the extra effort or wait to get what you really want. You might not have it now, but when you do it will have been much more worth it.

Redneck Ferrari is right, don't forget about those other things. I calculated the payments and the insurance but didn't think ot figure in how much gas and personal property taxes and other little stuff (oil changes, car supplies, washes, etc) would cost. All that other stuff ads up and costs WAY more then I had figured.
