The L community is the only place I've found where no one seems to use a window switch. They are vital for nitrous. They allow you to dial in the rpm range the nitrous is activated. The cylinder pressure at 1500rpm with a roots blower and nitrous is insane, and that's when most backfires occur. At the top of the rpm range, the window switch lets you cut off the nitrous a few hundred rpm before the rev limiter.

My 2 cents.

MSD window switch # 8956
rpm pills 3000 rpm #8743
rpm pills 5000 rpm #8745

I suppose they will work with my autometer tach adapter.

This was back in Sept of last year so it may have been 80-100°. It may have happened at the rev limiter. I just don't remember.

Umm, how do you plan on wiring a window switch in with a system that cant even hook an after market tach up without a Tach adapter? This is why the Lighting community doesnt use em.

I seriously think you should consider a larger fuel system and make the switch over to the Zex wet setup Rob 02 uses. Its painless and automatic man. Whomever thinks your going to puddle up the intake is dreaming. There is no where for the stuff to puddle up for one. You will be WOT when its activate and it will get sucked in a atomized immediately.

Dry is extremely ballsy. Why? Your fuel system will make or break you.

Wet is safe.

in the new 5.0 mag, they did a nitrous kit review and I'm pretty sure I remember seeing a window switch from NOS that works with COP ignitions. I'll double check though

If you have the tach adapter, then hook a window switch. I still prefer the TPS route myself.

TPS reading does not do the same thing as window switch, FYI. A TPS switch does the same thing as a WOT switch.

My point exactly...

If im going to spray, i want it out of the hole. If you are going to go with a Window Switch, that pretty much makes it a half *** progressive system in my book.
