Upgrading from 14mm to 15mm studs?

Is it possible or not?
The Quality Care center is going to change all my studs because they are stripping. They will switch them with the 15's if this is possible.

FYI
People here have said to torq them down to 100ftlbs,
but Ford specs are 90ftlbs.

I thought the 12mm were 100ftlbs and the 14mm were 150ftlbs.

Ok 12mm is on the 99/00
and 14mm on 01/03
Can they be switched?

Still, tech says 90ftlbs on the 12's.

They can be switched but it is not a bolt on change. The hub stud holes have to be enlarged. I have done it and it is a SOB. Dealer would be better off swapping all the hubs for 00-03 units.
