Wrong Superchargers

This company/person has it all figured out why there are problems with belt driven superchargers and the resulting engine problems.
You will get a kick out of the description on this item on Ebay. I dont own a Lightning since I have two many family bodies to haul around but laughed at this one and the concept.... You guys will too. Better look out for this price all the ricers will want to race you

Be prepared for a good one on this performance mod:

Dont some of the electric/gas leaf blowers push this amount of air or more?

OMG, "vacuum inside the throttle body" haha i guess thats what makes it spin

"Spinning at 150 CFM at 8000 RPM" guess he doesnt realize that we get close to 600+cfm? i believe.

My wife currently owns one of these. She loves what it does for her hair in the mornings.

i posed this concept when i first started learning about engines. I thought it would work, but the problem is, you cant just blow air into the engine, you kinda have to force it. I dont think this would have any gains period, you would have better luck hooking an air compressor to the intake

What an easy way to make $1, auction off your positive feedback. If I do that 4000 times, then I will not only have a new blower on the L but also one of the highest feedback levels out there.

Hell, when I was a kid and worked around heavy equipment, all of the air filters on our 471 detroits had a similar device mounted on the inlet tube. Only difference was it was there to keep air (contaminated air) OUT of the engine, not in..................

Wait what? So these don't really work? I bought four thinking I could use them sequentially and gain 600 CFM. I was gonna post pics as soon as they were installed!

This sucks

You guys making fun of me? These things are awesome. I have two of them back to back and am getting like 300 extra c.f.m.'s into the engine. My Screw is now able to run mid 11's, not bad for a 4X4.
