Question Question for you big nitrous users

I was wondering if any of you guys were running a progressive controller. I have been staring hard at a nitrous kit for a while now. Actually I need to invest in some slicks first, but nitrous will soon follow. I had planned on spraying about a 150 shot.

Any comments?

I use a progressive controller. But the only reason I got it, was because they way the spray bars were put in my lower intake, I can't get to the fuel jets without removing the blower. So it's jetted for maximum (300hp) and I just use the controller to set my power level back down to where I need it.

They've been known to burn up solenoids.

I have a NX FRED controller which I have never used and plan on using next week. I don't know. I think JDM used one on their 10 run last year for MM&FF...

Thanks for the comments guys. I know I will probably need one to take advantage of the power. Spraying 150 shot off the line i too rich for my blood and spraying 150 shot at mid track wouldn't do as good as a progressive. I am sure it is hard on the solenoids, but what is that saying that I hear all the time......"You have to pay to play".
