New Fuel Filter

New Fuel Filter

I have a little over 6k miles now so i decided to put on a new fuel filter. I mean with all the threads about swaping them i thought it whould be easy

I didn't have the fuel filter remover for starts, so after smashing myself up under my truck I decided to go get a tool for the job. Nobody in this town had 1 or knew what i was talking about

I finally found 1 at sears , and the rest of the job took 5 minutes tops lol.

I also put on a PCV Valve kit , to try and stop the oil from seaping in so bad. We shall see ....

Yeah you need the tool, I'm sure every post mentions that. The tricky part is figuring out how to use it, as the one I got was a plastic POS and didnt have any sort of directions.

First time i did it without the tool......i bought the tool and i havent used it yet......................

Where and what kind of filter did you get? I got 12,500 on the clock and on the orgional filter. Since you already have the tool you should help me change mine one day You gonna be at the track tommorow night(thurs)?
