Re-burn

Im about to send my chip back to JL for a re-burn but first I have a question. I only use F&L 111 octane race fuel ( its not a daily driver) with a 5# lower and a 2# upper. My question is how high can I go on the timing? What A/F mix can I use? I am currently running a racing program and would like something more agressive.

S. cal L It would be difficult for anyone to give ya a recommendation on those issue's as so many factors come into play (current Mod's) and timimg/A/F has such an influence on these trucks. I'd recommend you contact JL and personally discuss with him precisely what you are looking for and then go with the reburn.

You should be able to run 19 degrees timing with no problem on 111 octane fuel. The A/F is going to need to be 11.5 -11.8 no matter what fuel you are running. JL knows what he is doing just be sure to give him a full list of your mods in writting and what octane fuel you will be running. Don't tell him on the phone put it on paper, he deals with lots of people everyday and you can't expect him to remember what you said on the phone.

By the way is that oxygenated fuel??? It will make a difference if it is.
