Question Exhaust question

I'm getting ready to order a Mac Catback exhaust system and I was wondering when I'm installing it, if could cut out two of the factory cats and get a custom mid-pipe made to go straight into the muffler from the two cats that are left. Would this cause any pressure problems or any codes to go off? Yes I already did a search and I couldn't find any info that could really help me. So any info now would be a great help.

i would recomend just getting high flows from the manifolds to the cat back or a set of after markets to put there, the stocks are set to work together and really hasnt been tried, as far as i have heard, but with some aftermarkets it should be no problem..
