HELP! Important question!!

somehow under the wheel well of the drivers side front a wire got unplugged. There is a bunch of wires wrapped in tape adn it splits 2 ways. One goes to the fog light. Where does the other one go? Can i run the truck with it unplugged. I would go play around with it but it is snowing/raining and i cant lay on teh ground. Any help is appreciated. the truck seems to run fine and all the lights seem to work. Any suggestions??

Why not just plug it back in.......

Edit........just noticed what you said..........
I would remove the wheel well and find out where it goes.

If it cranks, drive it! Don't forget to make sure your lights work.

only wire right in the wheel well, i can think of is the abs sensors, if u look on the inside of the engine compartment, on the wheel well, u can see from there is a connector that clips to the plastic wheel well there, there is one on either side and the wire in the engine bay is wraped in wire wrap and in the outside is round and black..

I panicked when i noticed that on mine too.

On the pass. side it goes to the horn

It could be useful for adding an airhorn or some other doodad in the future.

mine is cliped directly above the hole it comes out, on the end is a clip that looks like the door panel clips that has little fingers on it, there is a hole about 4 inches above this goes into...
