:blah::blah::blah:
That is all I ever hear out of your mouth...
At least I have a truck and it is quick. What do you have?Here is a quote from you not too long ago, "Will anyone ever post a dyno chart and will you guys stop pi$$ing and moaning about a simple request?" I post a dyno and now you are "pi$$ing and moaning."
I don't know the actual configuration of the mustang dyno, but they did say the #'s were SAE. Call them and confirm if you like. Delk Performance 615-453-2300.
I got some dyno #'s on Sunday from the portable dyno jet at the NMRA event in Reynolds. Street side only and it was 512.2 rwhp and 624.9 torque. I didn't do the race side because I didn't have much race gas with me and didn't want to chance walking home. I also had them do an air fuel to measure it against my FJO. My air fuel is so rich that you can't see it on the print out where it starts at 3600 rpm and only after the run is complete at 5200 rpm does the airfuel rise above 10.0:1...
I thought that Mustang dynos, being an Eddy current dyno, actually read lower than an inertia dyno like a Dynojet...correct me if I am wrong.
Oh yeah...I almost forgot...your truck is a weak pile easter!

See(long read but good info) this link for dyno explanations:

Exactly..... The Mustang dyno will show as much as 10-15% lower numbers than a Dyno jet will. So Leonard you have a 600rwhp Gen 2 easily. Congrads buddy. Now just keep it together until the middle of May so that when I come to Nashville you can take me for a ride!
Right where it should be on a Mustang.
Dynojet #s have become "industry standard" since dynojet 248C's are so consistent unit to unit in SAE readout mode.
Mustang's output can be made to vary all over the place by changing the weight of the vehicle inputted. THERE IS NO STANDARD TO IT.
You could get leonerds truck to read 460, or 660, if you wanted.
and the numbers sure don't mean anything compared to the dynojet numbers 99.9% of all other lightning owners use.
99svt i am not attacking your precious JL or KB i am just stating the facts about mustangs and dynojets. leonard i'm sure you truck makes plenty of power but not those same numbers on a dynojet is all.
