The Dynomax and the Borla are principally the same; but, they are not identical. Dynomax mufflers are crimped together POS that are prone to rust and separation. They don't sound the same as Borla either.

My neighbors really love me. In fact, they think I'm number one.
laws in each state vary slightly, but the urban legend about being able to buy a vehicle (or any product) and return it because of 'buyers remorse' is just that, a myth. Aside from it being good business, companies are under no obligation to allow product returns by adults unless they have fradulently misrepresented the transaction. Even then, your recourse is limited. From the texas bar association:
"The so-called “buyer’s remorse” law may be the biggest myth in the law. When you sign a contract to buy a car, you are bound. Unless the seller has misled or deceived you into signing, you cannot just change your mind. Don’t ever sign anything unless you are sure that you want to close the deal."

I am running the single Magnaflow with JDM header's and H/F cat's. It is very acceptacle at idle and is a good bit louder than stock but not obtrusive when cruising around. When accelerating or WOT it has an incredible sound. I do not believe i gave up anything staying with a large single muffler over dual mini's, may have even added some torque.
I had put the whole system for sale at $1600.00. The price from JDM now is $1895.00. I did not get one offer so I decided to just put them on. The quality is great and they fit good also. They are just way to loud. I'm not worried about this, surely JDM will trade me a single for my double mufflers. If not I will buy a single and sell someone the double muffler setup. The double muffler has the x-pipe welded to it. Does the single have an x-pipe welded to it also?
I went to RPM last might and met some of the guy's from Austinlightnings.com. They thought it sounded great but even driving home I still don't like it. I raced a 69 mopar of some kind on the way home last night. His plate said "69 6 PAC" I don't know if he was just messing with me or not but from 80 to 120 I was pulling the crap out of him. He had wheel tubs and it sounded great!

I was going to get the single muffler but Justin talked me out of it. This is way to loud.
He relied on "Justin's" information to his detriment.
Justin is a "seller of goods" under the UCC (which applies to ALL STATES) and being a seller he is considered an expert on the products that he frequently sells.
Therefore if Justing talked him into something he wasn't anticipating to purchase by relying on Justin's statements, he has suffered a harm. and therefore is entitled under UCC 2-207 which is the law on the sale of goods in the USA, to be made whole..
BTW: a Bar association doesn't not state law, it is simply the association of attorneys in a given jurisdiction. if it were I, I would consult an attorney who knows the UCC.
I doubt it would go that far, but these are returnable. plain and simple.
