For those that didn't know Mitsubashi used our WWII POWS as slaves after they had survived the Bataan death march. They will not admit to it either (they operated as Mitsui Steel). They abused our POW's worse than the Japanese army. They would be my fellow Marines. And for any Philipino's out there, they treated you worse!

It's a sports car w/ 4 doors ... but in a sense, your are correct ... at least from the Insurance Co. standpoint. My premium actually went down approx. $100 per year when switched from the L to this. They consider it a sedan regardless of what is under the hood.

 

Dude, I could guess that you would never respect a Mitsu from your screen (site) name alone. Out of all my redneck friends I can't think of one that would own a Mitsu. But do yourself a favor, and at least take a test drive in one of these things (just for the F of it), and you may just think different. Your preception of Mitsu is based on your bias toward Jap cars in general ... as an enthusiast, I believe you are only cheating yourself my friend ... and not that you'd ever own one ... cuz it's obviously not your cup of tea .... but .... I'm tellin' ya that this is "one" of the best performing cars sport-sedans out there, regardless of price.

Thats a nice point but ive got a list quite a bit bigger of worse things that people in the united states (as officials or citizens take your pick) that we dont admit to either that remains ongoing. I respect your decision and its well founded, however, using that logic you would be somewhat at a loss to buy anything or even function in society, its still bad even if you dont know about it, right?
