well, i went outside to drill some more holes in my air box, and i drill, and stop real fast cause i touched a wire, (i know what your thinking... "idiot") so i take out the whole air box to check it out for damage....
and the set of wires on the left (2 sets) under the air box, there is one little wire that is destroyed, now i know i didn't do all of it, but i helped w/ the damage.... i mess w/ it alittle to see if i can connect it, and then put the air box and stuff all back on...
i go to start it, and the same thing happens that was happening a few months ago....
so what can i do... i cant call the dealership to fix it because they will see all my air box holes and say that i did it.....

yep thats defientely the problem! i just took the air box all off again, mess w/ the wires, and pinched them together like speaker wire, and guess what, started up just fine.... now only if i could securely get them attached, so i can feel safe w/o them going out again....

Put some heat shrink on them, solder them back together, then shrink the heat shrink. That should make a pretty permanent connection.

For a couple of bucks from radio shack, you can get a kit that has spices of all different sizes, heat shrink to match and and a crimper that has the correct grooves for the included spices. Do it right, dont screw with twisting them together and wrapping in electrical tape.

oh yeah, i forgot THIS SUCKS!....
...man that bites. I say solder it when you get a chance, its easy and youll definitly want to use heat shrink on it. I used to work at a radio shack a when I graduated HS and the heat shrink they sell is crap. I have tons of good quality heat shrink here at my office but I dont know where to buy some. We order all of our supplies by phone and I dont know where it comes from. If your have to buy solder get some solder with a good amount of silver in it. Its a bit more expensive but works very nice and makes aperfect contact.
