ATTN: SAL, chip questions
I am not sure if you sell Diablo or superchip but;
I have a '99 L (cux1)
I bought a Superchip flip chip.

What can this chip control?

I know transmission line pressure, timing, A/f Ratio...
I saw on F150... that you said it can control when the intercooler pump kicks on and off.

What else can this thing control?????

I don't sell either of those, I use Autologic chips and tuning software. I make all my programs in house, and I can control pretty much anything in there. There are hundreds of paramters, so I can't list them all, but if you have specifics, just ask.

damn I wish you lived within driving distance

OK for example:
I have a F/T Valve body.
It was reccomended to me by Mr evans to leave the stock setting on the chip.

I can control the line pressure, what else?

the chip can control the speedo and Odometer when I put my 17" Nitto 555dr's on?

I'm just curious, becuase I know it controls the basics, but what else is there? Answer --> everything...
but if I don't know about it, I can't ask a question about it.

I just figured there was only a few "things" a chip could control.
I was floored when you siad it controls the intercooler pump, figured that was mechanical.

What about turning hte cooling fan on at a lowe temp?

Nope, we have access to pretty much everything the PCM controls. The PCM controls when the I/C comes on and off, so we can control that. Trans stuff, timing, A/F, tire height, gear changes, MAF, injectors, etc. If the PCM controls it, it we can change it. And if there is something we can't control, that is PCM controlled, I can have it added into our software. The fan on the Lightning is not electrical, so there is no PCM control for that.

Can I get a chip to roll back the odometer? If so how much?

Heh, sorry, can't do that one. It CAN be done, but is a federal offense, so Autologic will not add that in for me.
