I would try to use the intercooler core better than it is now......like maybe remove the graqhite gasket and replace it with a copper one. That would let more heat travel to the I/C core. It would be like a big heat sink under the blower, right now it is a little bit isolated.

If one could find a way to seperate to water cross over in the front of the manifold that would stop a lot of heat soak from hot engine water, but it would also weaken the manifold in front

I can't believe it took this long for a vender to pick up on the spacer idea.

Just some thoughts Dale

Bad as L, already ahead of you on that.found a guy that can 'treat' the core to make it 20% more efficent. As for vendors not picking up on these ideas,I can speak for myself only here but I have ideas on my truck that are one off, my problem is how will the lightning community accept them. so do I want to make a $ commintment and pray or just keep them to myself.Since the majority of them are more towards FREEING up HP rather than making more.Stan

Yes they are and they are original and more importantly ,THEY WORK

Just want to say again Stan that it was nice to meet and check out your truck and I definately learned alot. You do not say much , but it is what you say and how you say it that tells me you know your stuff.

Thanks for taking your L out of the trailer for me to check out. I tried to crawl underneath (not kidding, just ask Stan) to see the suspension but my fat a$$ had none of that.HEHE.

Hmm...True. Didn't think about that. Just add another 1/2 inch and you should be fine then...Whose down for some 1 inch spacers!?

Stan's IRS, Fuel Cell, Modified Coolers, RamAir

It was reassuring to hear that the tires he'll run for Open Road are the same I picked. Guess I'm as dumb as I thought after all, hehe.

I think you need to try one of these if you haven't already. http://www.reichardracing.com/ Its the new Ultra Grip upper blower pulley by Reichard Racing.

This should put you in the 10's........Dale

Talking 11.10@118 STOCK BLOWER !!!

Jim,

All the hard work you and your crew has done for me is paying off big time! Those times with the stock supercharger were unheard of just a short time ago. Your new motor program should be a big hit for those who are looking to run with a built engine. I will be comming up this weekend and can't wait to see your new ram air set up.

See you guys early Sat morning,

Kevin

Don't forget, my friend is bringing his 03 Cobra and wants to spend some $$$
