Metco and 3/4 drop

Got the new Metco today for those of us with the 3/4 drop. The kit is Quality and heavy duty. The install was very straight forward and the brackets fit perfectly with the beltech lowering brackets. I had a couple of questions, and Aaron was set me on the right path. The one tricky part was mounting the bracket to the frame on the exhaust side, as the bracket is right above the exhaust tips. The forward hole in the bracket that gets bolted to the bottom of the frame is directly above the space between the two tips. I found a 3/8 drill bit at the local hardware store that was 12" long, and you can drill right between the tips and don't have to move or take off the tips. All in all it was fairly easy. You do need a 15/16 box end wrench to tighten the spring eye bolt. Its a tight fit to get the wrench in but really easy. Now I just need some good weather as it has been snowing all day and we're expecting 8 to 14. And be sure to remember boys and girls, when you're working on the rear springs always do one side at a time , so you're pumpkin does'nt fall off.

Yes, I thought it was pretty straight forward myself. Although, I tried tackling the job after working from 7pm-7am one day. I was soo tired, I didn't realize I could fit the box end up through the bottom.
