Question How does the computer work???

This is how I understand it and someone please tell me if I’m wrong.
When driving your L normally the O2 sensors, mass air and various other sensors take readings from your motor and set the air/fuel ratios to make you motor run efficient. But when you WOT the computer goes into a predetermined program to set your air/fuel ratios and that’s the only time a chip will do you any good is at WOT?? Am I right here guy’s??

No the chip can still help at part throttle. You are correct, at WOT there is a seperate table that's hit and it ignores some of the sensors.

At least it doesn't use Microsoft Windows, I would hate to get the Blue Screen of Death while driving down the road.
