I dont know what they're complaining about. The supercharger whine is the best feature of my L. It definetly turns heads when you floor it and everyone around looks to see what that loud whining noise is

Well... look at the idiot giving the review:
The car comes stock with 125HP, but he believes that an air filter and fart pipe adds 15HP.
My brother pulled out ahead at first, but then his 140 hp max (air intake and full exhaust) was no match for the 380 HP Lightning engine.

SRT-10 has a rumble? More like a buzz.
You can only hear the Silverado SS b/c the truck is so slow the exhaust note stays with the truck.

4 cylinder intake...
Typically make greater than 5hp on a 100hp car.
Have you looked at some of the factory plumbing on these things? It would confuse the minotaur.
The factories build these complicated intakes to kill reverberations, but it seriously hurts performance as well.

Of course the whine makes them uncomfortable... it is the sound of POWER and they arent used to it...
I just dont get it... every since I was a kid I have been in love with the sound of a blower screaming. Never did I dream I would one day own one... with a warranty!

Well maybe they should hear my truck whine after I plugged up the blowercasing holes 
This was my favorite:
Well the only other sport truck (production truck) that compete's with the Gen2 L's has a turbo on it, so his sport truck theory is shot to hell. Also I believe the Gen1 L's run the same time or around the same time as most other production trucks on the market

Well its just too bad that Ford can't make a "sports car" or "sports truck" any faster than any of the competition without a SC
