Yup. Got the Sylvania's for Headlamps and HID kits.com for fog lamps and neither have had a problem starting in 20 degree weather.

How's the light output on those? I never thought mine was bad, but drove my mom's Jag to S.C. on Friday (what a crazy prom nite!) and that thing would light up the entire road. I feel inadequate now
