Cool Just back from Mt. Parkway Dragway

My first run was a 14.003 @ 99.880. Not bad for the first run ever, W/4015 miles on her. Everything is stock too. My best run was 13.642 @ 100.195, and was my second from my last run. Which was 11 all together. There went a 1/8 of a tank of gas. Temp was 53F W/rain any second, but never came! Misted once for about 10 min.

What a blast it was. Got a R/T (had a few mods on it), and a newer GT stang. (stock I think). Only had one other vehicle there that I could run with, a older Chevy S10, which was NOT stock for sure. He ran a 13.716 @ 98.593, to my 13.729 @ 99.267., his hole shot win the race for him. And NO I'm not telling what they were either. Expect it SUCKS getting OLD!!!

All in all, I'm very happy with this bad *** truck we all have, thats fordsure.

Thanks man....I'll try that this Friday.

One more question for you all. On staging, should I stage deep, or just turn the light on? As soon as my second staging light came on I stopped. Or does it matter? Does staging deep help your R.T. ?

Thanks guys

Harold
