Dad.....out with the 00', in with the 03!!!!
After 6 long agonizing weeks without the truck(blown motor, awaiting new motor),and then finding the truck had a shady past.....enough was enough, dealer took the truck in trade and gave him a great deal on an 03.

If you don't mind who was the dealer ...? and tell your Dad good luck on the new purchase except he got the wrong color
Oh and did you know the 03's have stronger blocks and more plug thread depth - and they only made 100 Sonic Blue L's - yeah right ... hahahaha

There was actually a sonic blue there, he wasn't crazy about how it turns a purplish color depending on how the light hit it, he loved his black but didn't want to clean it 3 times a day, so went with the DSG.
Checke the block today, is new style. Built 12/17, so i will assume it has the new head....I hope.
