Unless Welds 16" wheels differ somehow from other 16" wheels, they fit. I have had Ultra and American Racing 16's all the way around my truck with no clearance issues.

This is mine mounted. There is not much clearance like I said. Maybe 1/4 inch or less. The front have no problems at all(I tried it.)

Can you move the rims around so the weights aren't near the calipers or are the weights in a bunch of different spots?

Yes, I can rotate the rim on the hub. The weights are in one spot. I just wanted to show how close the inside of the wheel was to the caliper with weights.
