That's awesome news. Just think, no more Gen 2 L's made ever. Bound to be good for resale value.

thought of this the other day...

Sup all,

I thought of this the other day... as far as comparisons go I dont think the lightning should be compared with the dodge. The lightning is much lighter, runs a V8 that will equal the dodge V10 output (just about), will probably have its usually automatic tranny (which I prefer and need because I drive using hand controls) and it will be cheaper than the dodge (we all hope). Therefore I believe the Lightning will prove to be the better truck...

my 2 cents,

Drew

the dodge looks nice but i doubt its worth it stock. 50k for a truck that wont beat a 2nd gen L. Bah

However ive said it before, supercharge or turbo that thing, and its over.

How much will it haul? How much will it tow? Has anyone seen any numbers? Can the supposed Mayor of Rumorville still do the things a "truck" is supposed to do? Heck, I could slap a bed on a Z06 and call it a faster truck. That doesn't mean it can tow a boat.
