Have you tried a NAPA store?

Don't know if this info will help you but when I but my 4 lb'er on I couldn't get the belt to go on by losing the tentioner alone. So removed both idle pulleys put the belt on and then put the idle pulleys back on. It wasn't hard at all to re-install the idle pully's afterwards.

sorry

didn't see your earlier post....just happend to have the belt sitting here on my desk.

Going by Napa'snumbering system, a 68 would be 080680, don't know if they have half sizes, but it would probably be 080685

Rob I'm running the ASP 6 lber. My 67.5" belt was a little tight but was ok before I put the Metco idler setup on. With this setup the belt is tighter and at the limit on the tensioner...I could run the 67.5 but this belt is very very tight.

Our ASP made 6lb pulley requires a 68" belt. The Gates number is K080680. Hope this helps.
