www.airforceoneperformance.com just came out with a nice polished stainless steel one.

The air force one for an L is little more than an open element filter,a fender boot and maf adapter.

There is evidently no intake pipe included.

/They just came out with the intake tube to go with their filter, and I don't think they have it pictured on their site yet. I got one thru Mike Troyer. $125.00 plus shipping. It is highly polished 304 stainless, and the boot to the TB is blue. The connector to the Maf is blue also

So is this boot to the t/b similar to the AFM powerpipe?

Go with the REM. the quality of the finish is top notch, and the composite tube won't retain as much heat as metal ones, especially polished ones.
