I'm sure that took alot to make but just looks a little crude in my book...like the looks of the REM pipe better.

Yeah. I just can't justify paying that much for plastic. Looks nice though and they painted them , but I wish they would do a sale on those cause then i would for sure buy.

It looks nice and Iam sure it must flow better than that factory rubber boot. But if your running a JL/PSP air box thats mounted solid, wheres the flex needed when the motor torques over?

Even Tim at REM siad he doesn't reccommend using his tube with these boxes. I called to order one, and told him I was ready to buy. So that to me shows some class. He gave me his honest opinion instead of just making a sale
I will be making a REM purchase soon

The tubes aren't plastic. I'm not sure really what it is, but it's a hard fiber/composite material. I'm tempted to say it's fiberglass but I don't really know. Worth every penny though!

P.S. If you do like I did and buy the filter kit and smooth tube at the same time, it's cheaper. 180+140=320, but when you buy the whole deal in their cold air kit it's 300

That "not yet finished polishing pipe" looks like something i see on all the ricers civics with the 3ft long intake tubes coming around from the back side of the motor. Not on my truck.

I think the REM pipe is a much nicer piece.

Sorry guys. I was trying to post a pic but I still don't how. I can copy a link but still don't get the hang of posting an image--without the link.

Does a filter setup like REM's flow air that much bettr then the stocker? How is it compared to JLP/PSP? I'm assuming REM is better then stock but not as good as JLP/PSP. If this is the case, how much better are the JLP/PSP kits? Limited budget here, do the JLP/PSP make a noticable difference?
