Lightbulb PSP news

"Power Surge Performance will be closed from Monday March 17 until Monday April 14. We are using this time to catch up on customer orders, so if you have an order already placed, it will be filled and sent out. We will not be taking any new orders until April 14th, but at that time, we expect to be fully caught up and ready to ship new orders. If you need techical assistance, leave a message via phone on the machine, and we will get back to you. Sorry for any inconvienence this may cause, however the end result will benefit both us and the customer. Thank you - PSP."

This message will be displayed on the website, and on our answering machine. We are getting hammered with orders lately and have fallen more behind on orders than I would like, so we are taking this time to catch up on customer work. Several other vendors take a month off to catch up once a year, and we never have, so now I guess it's our turn. I understand that this will cost us some sales during this month, but when we reopen on the 14th, we should be caught back up and will be able to get new orders out more quickly. I do not like unhappy customers.

That depends on if you are buying us more of that sweet peach ice cream . J/K

We will be there for NMRA. That's part of the closing, for us to prepare for vendoring at the event. I am always thrashing last minute to get the truck ready for NMRA that we never have a decent vendor setup. I want to be able to bring lots of goodies with us for people to buy.

Wow after days, no weeks of 'tuner bashing', out pops a tuner who puts customer service ahead of those almighty $$$'s.

Thanks for the honest update Sal, , I'll hold off my orders for a few weeks.

Just FYI since a few have asked-- We WILL be doing reburns while we are closed. If you need a reburn, just follow the usual routine (send chip in with list of mods, programs requests, and payment info).

Is it True?

I don't know about this....

Inside word has it that Ole Sal has actually been called away to install multiple NX systems in some of our Humvee's and Abram M1A2's (don't ask me how you run Nitrous on a turbine, it's classified.) Should get 'em to Bagdad in under an hour.

Seriously, I truly hope we can get this job in Iraq done once and for all, with as little loss of life as possible.

That's good news. I was just getting ready to send my chip your way.

Sal,

I may need some advice on where to go next. Seems the
torque converter might help, but not sure of the payback in
dollars.

Anyhow ... Good luck on clearing the backlog... Tis much better
to let everyone know what's going on than to just live with
NO information.
