I just got the Ford Extended Service Plan in the mail. Is it really whorth the $2,535.00 for the extended Warrenty. Will it cover if I blew the engine up? What's your opinons? It's for 7 years 100,000 miles.

Just gandering at your mod plans...I wouldn't bother with something they are going to tell you to take a hike on later.

Spend the money on mods....or better yet...start a savings account in caase you have to do a repair.

JMHO,

Post Check the Price!

Got the mechanical ESP, 100k/5 yr. for less than 1/2 that and its already paid for itself. If you're not planning on mods, definitely worth it IMHO if you plan on keeping it, as these trucks have a track record of expensive service issues, even in stock form. Like anything else, a gamble if you want to mod it. Shop around on the price though, that sounds mighty steep.

If it's for a daily driver, get the 6yr/100,000mi and don't pay a penny more than $1,700.
