Brap;

Here's an old picture. It's from the pre-digital camera days so it's a little dark and not the best quality. (Thanks cheap-a$$ $50 Best Buy scanner).

I bought it in 1985 for less than the price of a Works or KB blower! Sold it in early 1990 and still regret it to this day.

well, it's not really an older car, and it's not really a project but it does get built up more and more each month, first was exhaust, then gears, then other bolt ons, then Nitrous, then suspension, then stereo.

all i got left to do on this baby, is Lower rear control arms, and maybe restore it with some new leather seats....

its got everything, stereo, subs, springs, driveshaft, CAI, plugs/wires, NOS, shifter, 4.10's, flowmaster mufflers, bbk o/r x-pipe, cobra r's, drag radial tires, upper rear control arms, dress up items..... i havent been able to get a good run at the track but im pretty sure she can make it in the 1/4 under 13 seconds w/o the Nitrous, and with the 125hp shot she should be low 12's but probably not a high 11 i wish i could get there.....

Re: Brap;

That car is so hot! I feel tears coming on, I can't contain myself. I think I'd give up sex for the rest of my life to have it! AND YOU GOT RID OF IT!

Seriously, sweet ride! I need one

I've got a 69 Sportsroof -and I just picked up a 351w HO stroked to 393ci out of a 94 Lightning. I'm jazzed to have a Lightning motor in my Mustang! I'm planning on using the Holley Procharger at about 10lbs of boost.

I have a '40 Ford Deluxe Coupe with a 327 and a 4-71 supercharger. Since I got it running again in early January, I have driven it more than the L. It looks good, but I need to get new carpet and the new seat upholstered. I have a '66 Mustang fastback that is backhalfed with 29-18.5-15 M/T's. It has the Mustang II front suspension with rack and pinion steering, Bear Claw disc brakes. I have a Boss 429 engine with a C-6 and Gear Vendors overdrive that I am going to put in it. Right now it is stripped and primered and I am trying to finish the body work. I am hoping to get it running this year. Anyone in the OKC area want to check it out, email me.

wow ... theres quite a few pontiac guys on this board, i am actually pretty surprised. The two don't typically mix

gtoguy ... sweet car, I love that body style as well ....

I have to admit ... i've been negleticing mine recently as the Lightning has taken up all my time. I need to get to working on it as it's suppose to be my race car and the Lightning was suppose to be the tow/support vehicle
