Starting a new post for the side steps cuz hopefully it'll get more responses than just asking it in my endcaps thread.

How many clips hold them in? i saw 3 back there, and got 2 of them popped through, but it feels like there are more clips than that.
Does it pop straight out? or does it pop out and up? I need some info so i can get my OEM ones out before the smoothed ones get here.
So, any info is appreciated...Vinnie? Badazz? anybody?

There is 3 clips that hold the steps in. The third one is a little difficult to spot,but it is there. I took mine out by squeezing the tabs with a set of pliers and have somebody pull gently on the step and they will pop right out. Hope this helps.

hmmm......so far i have heard from one person there are 4 clips, and one person 3 clips
sounds like i'll have some fun can't wait until all these things are on and overwith.
the rear bumper cap is gonna be the fun one
