I'm waitting to see what Gregg say's about my old tranny and how it looks in the inside. I ran the synthetic tranny fluid after 40K. and have 93K on the truck.

I also ran the Mobil one synthetic in my engine since 500 miles. My engine builder said there was verry little ware and that the crank looked bran new! Hats off to Mobil! I'll post pics tomorrow of the crank, cam and pistons.

Peace, suavy

Sweet tranny Geronimo, my motor after 29k and 200+ trips down the 1320 also looked new with no signs of wear...even had the plastic coating on 6 out of 8 pistons still and it was run with mobil 1 0w30 after 700 miles.

My tranny had no signs of wear either, and was run with stock fluid ,but changed 3 times in 29k.
I don't have a monster box,but i have all of Greggs most important ingredients

Sounds like your well on your way to running quick

Thanks everyone, as I stated in a few of my other post I am shooting for 10's this year.
I know that the guys who ran 10's last year are shooting for nines. However, I figure if I step in the ring with the big boys I'd better be ready.

My team and I are trying to do all the right things this year. We figure if we give Suavy a good back bone to build on we can go from there.

Peace, Jeronimo (Suavy)
