Here is what I was referring to how the fan has 2 speeds.
Looking at the plug:

See the + symbol on the left and the - symbol on the right.......

If you wire to those 2 connectors your fan will run on high. If you switch the power from the + to the 3rd prong that is between the + and - you will be on low.
This is the fan wired on high....

I asked my buddy who hooked me up with the fan and it is only a single speed 3400cfm fan. It does the job and was 130 bucks.
Thanks for showing me though...i kinda wish i had 2 settings in fear of wearing the e-fan out (always on high..) but hopefully it won't be a big deal? since it's a single speed fan to begin with i guess it was made to be on that setting for long periods of time, etc...
