Post your 60' times on 20" wheels/tires

Hey guys, just wanted some baseline numbers to compare. Last time out in my 01L I was consistently 2.2-2.4 60' on 295/40/20 Kumhos. That was with a 4lb pulley and a chip on a poorly prepped Speedworld track. I know, I know, get slicks or Nittos. Eventually I will, just wanted to see what everybody else was running with a similar combination. I plan to have the 03 out to the track in a couple of weeks.
Thanks, Jeff

i wouldn't even take it out to the track at all with just 20s on. If you kept your stock 18s, then a set of Nitto DRs would probably cost less than the tread you waste spinning past the 60' mark every run on the 20s...

Sold the stockers. My wheelspin wasn't that bad with the 20's I just couldn't leave as hard as I wanted too. My last run of the night was my best with the 2.2. I'll practice more when I go back in a couple of weeks. Just don't have the $$$ now to do slicks, traction bars and a ds loop.

true i forgot about the obligatory pieces you must run with slicks (well the d/s loop anyway)...

if you want, i'll trade my stock 18s for your 20s to put this matter to bed

cyntaxx, don't think I want to trade wheels, but I will put you on my Christmas list.

Blowntruck, that's just what I wanted to see. Little more practice and I don't see why I can't whittle down to a similar 1.9.
Thanks, Jeff

I know my HD is a little different, but even with the spare removed in the rear (light weight rear end) I have pulled a 1.92 60' on the 275/45/20 goodyear eagle gt IIs

I know Hdmlnium did a 12.0 on 22's with a broken rear end. I don't know what his 60' time was.
