I've searched and found some info and followed threads for pages and pages and still haven't seen the answer. I have an 03 Lightning on the way. What will the 1" dropped coils and a 3" JLM rear shackle look like on an 03? I want the truck a little lower and more leveled out; the rear of the 03's is real high in my opinion. I apologize but I can't find a thread with any pics for the 03's.

Thanks Eric, helps a lot. Missed this post. I'd still like to see one with the front coils and rear 3" shackles instead of the rear leafs if anyone has done that.

I know it's not the 03 in question.

But last weekend I did the 1"-3" on my 02.

BTW: 2/3 the way down the second link are the finished pics. (Crappy angles I know. But the lightning stays out of the snow. )

Thanks for the info. I'm leaning towards trying the same stuff you used; 1" dropped coils on the front and JLM's rear 3" shackle kit.

Whose spring is that up front?
