Adjusting Headlight Beam

Any tips on an easy way to adjust the headlight beams on an 03 L? I need to lower them since i dropped the rear end with the shackels. There are 2 adjustments. Anyone know which one does what? Thanks

well the only thing you can do is draw a line on a wall and aim them that way.

or take it to the shop and have them laser align it, do the fog lights while you're at it.

Pull to within 10 feet of a wall and have your headlights on and see which way you want them to go. Pop the hood and the Two clips per headlight "up" that hold the lense in. Take out the lense, you should be able to see three "adjusting things"(not sure what to call them but you will know) Then take the top one and adjust it(screw it in for upward and out for downward) for either up or down movement or the side ones for the left to right movement. It is a little pain in the butt, however it saves you paying someone to do it.

you shouldn't have to take the lenses out. All you need to do is get a wrench small enough to fit on the head of the adjsuter. I think its a 3mm. I don't have a wrench that small, but it looks like a 3mm.

Its actually 6MM. I just installed my HID's and gave up adjusting them myself. They are just to far out of whack. Going to the shop at 1pst to get them aligned.
