Thumbs up Smoothed side-steps

I don't know if anyone else has called attention to these; but, I just came across them for the first time. These are not the fiberglass pieces. They are made from urethane. Front and back are available. Just thought I'd share.

They should be available real soon too.
I just hope the quality is as nice as the pics shown.
There wiper cowl looked awesome in pics but was a piece of junk in person, with a lot of prep time.
Time will tell.

Didn't see the other post on this topic. I did 4-5 searches first. Just didn't turn anything up. Oh well. Thanks Joe.

They would be nicer if they were a higher strength plastic. More like the OEM pieces. Urethane feels so flimsy to me. I'll probably still use them though.

Tru Dat.........holy cow did I put a lot of work into my cowl.

Sad thing is it still was far from perfect when I was done but I got so sick of working on it I settled and said it was good enough.

If one was to get a roll pan, does someone have directions to hide the hitch behind the license plate? Do these come painted?

You cannot use the stock hitch with a roll pan. You are gonna need a hidden-hitch". Or so I think.

from the close up pics, more so the end caps than the front, it looks like they don't fit perfectly.

nothing will beat smoothed OEM stuff
