[SS] With most radar detectors, this is true, but I've found that even if you're leading the pack, the V1 gives you way more time than needed to stop...

You have to be _right_on_top_ of the radar unit to not get good enough warning. On flat level ground, I've gotten K band alerts from 1 1/4 mile constant on, as clocked by my odometer...

Instant on, I've gotten alerts from ~ 1 mile or so x & k band... At that distance, there's plenty of room to slow...

V-1 all the way! Just can't beat those directional arrows. This unit has saved my @ss three times withing the last two months.
