Goo Gone should work fine, or look for a household cleaner that will typically have the name orange cleaner to it. These are typically made with solvents that are extracted from orange peels. They are very effective cleaners and are safe to use. Look at the ingredients and stay away from any that contain caustic or acid products Like any cleaner, you should test it in a non critical area though. After you are through cleaning, you should follow up with a good waxing. Good luck.

Just wipe it with something dry.
Like a regular shirt. Or little dry rag.
Trust me these works.

Try Meguiars Extra or Greased Lightning Orange Blast.Depending on what it is one of those should work without paint damage.Test both on a small area to see which is best on whatever it is.Be sure to rewax the area after since those will remove the wax also.

What do you think it is? You need to figure out what it is first.

Do you think it is Tree sap? Turpentine works for tree sap. Soak a rag and hold it on the spots for a little while. Remember to let the chemicals do the work. Then you can soak the rag again some and try to carefully wipe it off the surface. Might take a little while.

With solvents you can't just test in a non-critical area because it can be months before the damage can appear. Using a wrong solvent on your paint and it'll destroy the plasticisers in the paint and that'll come back to bite you some time later.

Mineral spirits or D'Limonene based cleaners won't hurt the paint as they are very mild solvents. Products you want to stay away from are Acetone, Toluene, MEK and Xylene. There are many others, but those are the most common you will find available. Also stay away from caustics and acids. Store bought D'limonene cleaners are very safe to use on paint. Just be sure to follow up with a good coat of wax as it will strip any wax that was on the truck.
