i know not to spray wd-40 on because it's a good quick fix but then it dries the belt out in a hurray which will make it squeek more, so what do you recommend, i know some autoparts stores sells stuff called a "no squeek belt cleaner" is that stuff better? has anyone tryed it? because the lightning and cobra have some belt squeek going on right now.

Go to WAL-MART and buy a can of belt dressing. I think that's the name of it. Belt Dressing.

Belt dressing works, but the problem with it that I have found is that after awhile you will see a lot of powdery residue all over the accessories and engine.
