Talking more mods!!

well...kinda. man, the tab for the L in the last 2 weeks just hit the 4-digit mark

Passport 8500. It was on sale at best buy for 299 with a 14 day return policy so if i decide it's not worth it i'll chuck it back at them. So if anyone knows of a place that carries them for cheaper...let me know!

Also, this was 100 bucks or so cheaper than the V1 but I am not sure on how well it works yet. I have two weeks to find out though.

I'd rather spend 300 bucks on a radar detector than 75 on a ticket! hopefully i'll get to justify the purchase if it would just warm up soon...

Flying ****: i think i've asked you this before but which do you like better? and may i ask how much you paid around? was the v1's extra cost worth it (if the v1 is indeed better than the 8500)

haven't opened the manual though but do you have it set mostly on "auto" or actually change between city/highway manually.

sorry about the barrage of q's.

I've had an 8500 for a couple of years(mine is black) and it works fine. I just leave it on 'auto'.
