Yes they are the smoothies 2 20x10 mounted on dunlope sport sp9000 295/40/20. No they are not chrome they are billet wheels polished. But as you can see from those pics if you take care of them and keep up on them they will look like chrome. They are also weigh the same as my stock 18's did. So big weight savings
