The tallest and the fastest!

I thought you all might enjoy this pic. Only 1/3 of visitors to Alaska get to see Mt. Mckinley (Denali) at 20,320 feet. (McKinley is the tallest peak in North America) Although, for we few brave Alaskan Lightning owners.... been there seen that.

My L and Mt. McKinley

Oh, and for you L owners that live in Anchorage, I moved down from North Pole so if you see me driving around then flag me down and we can have a beer.

oh man, that brings goosebumps. When we were thier, we saw Danali all 3 days. One day we were thier, we flew around the mountain and it was awesome. A few day's later, 3 rangers and pilot crased from a wind gust that broke a wing off the plane, they had left from the same air port we did. I can still remember seeing it for the first time. Seeing all these tall 13k peak mountinas, then seing this thing overpower everything, it was totally awesome.

60 or 80 miles away

from the center on down the road where the bus goes.

Saw it on a 75-80 degree day, without a cloud in the sky, from Talkeetna. Unreal !! I was told we got very lucky to have weather like that without any clouds. Skip
