Kooks Long Tube Headers+Magnaflow Highflow Cats+Xpipe + Dual Magnaflow Mufflers = 6-8 H.P 8-10 ft lbs Torque.

Dyno done 2 days apart....must have been the barametric pressure changes.....LOL.

I think of it like this....About 8 years ago I decided to buy some Ostrich skin boots. Price $1,500.00. They didn't help me walk any faster but I thought they looked pretty cool and the sound was kinda sweet...you know...clomp-clomp...clomp-clomp...clomp-clomp instead of swish-swish...swish-swish.

Buy em for the right reason and you won't feel screwed.

Took out my last sentence as I decided it may sound inflammatory...

Tim and Paul,
i was up there last weekend with my buddy and his '03. That was the best sounding exhaust system i've heard so far. Once again, congratulations on an awesome system.

And by the way. You have the best marketing program i've ever come across, when you nailed it down the block i was just like

Our catback has ALL stainless pipes, slip-on clamps, and adjustable heighth clamps on the muffler side. An added value for 74bucks.

Here is an example, instead of having the 2 pipes slip over each other they butt together and this stainless clamp slides over

How did the price suddenly increase from 550 to 599?

It was already going to be close to 600 for me with sales tax, now it's gonna be about 55 dollars MORE with tax. I need to save up longer now

Edit: I really don't mean to fan the fire any more with this post, I'm just confused.

Don't take it as a flame at all, I'm still buying that sweet sounding system.

My bad.

We've had several people call and want just the headers & cats (cat forward) and in an effort to keep the price down on that, I made the adjustment on the cat back.

It has to add up to approx. 1795 either way.

Sorry for the confusion.

So is it $550 for the single muffler catback system and $599 for the dual muffler catback system?

I thought about having a muffler shop build me the same system using two 4" round body stainless steel Magnaflow mufflers and a stainless steel Magnaflow X-pipe. But they couldn't use all stainless pipe and make mandrel bends. Thus I want to get either a Bassani, Silver Bullet, or this REM system.

Also, someone from REM, will the insides of the 3.5" stainless tips be polished?

No flame , but your answer is My Bad

You are telling me you are going to sell more headers then cat-backs. I highly doubt that.

Vinnie, I guess it just sucks for me to be catback-less. How does this price adjustment work anyway? Seems to be if you were selling a lot of headers/cats then those would be cheaper in larger quantities anyway, and then just let the overall price of the system come down instead of gouging me.

Again, no flame, just confused slightly by the logic at work here.

I repeat, NO FLAME. Sometimes that has to be extra extra clear.

Still love the sound and design of the system, and I'll probably buy it anyway.
