Just installed......

An aluminum driveshaft and the jdm metco driveshaft loop
on my 2000L. Having problems with a lot of rubbing on hard
acceleration, hard turns and hitting small dips and speed
bumps. I followed the directions to a T and it looks centered.
Do these trucks have that much movement underneath?
Has anybody had this problem? And what is a solution?
It looks great underneath and I don't want to remove the loop
if I don't have to. Need Help........................

Did you get the bigger version of the loop for trucks that are lowered or with the aluminum driveshaft?

I bought them separately? Didn't know there were different
sizes. The loop I have is about 7 inches in diameter. Is there
a bigger size out there?

Here is what mine looks like

If the driveshaft is hitting the loop, and scaping it all up, it will weeken the driveshaft

Don's Bolt,

Where did you measure from for the 6 inches. Mine looks like
yours but up a little further towards the yellow lines.

AZ Fun,

The one for the aluminum driveshaft is 8 inches ID. Sorry, you've got the wrong one.
