Ford Racing Trans Pan

Is anyone using the Ford Racing aluminum transmission pan?

If so, what filter and gasket did you use?

I called Ford Racing tech "hot line" twice, and they couldn't answer the question.

Thanks

I just picked one of these up. You can re use the stock gasket its a re-usable one. As for the Filter id change it since your right there anyway.

I have one, not installed yet, by stock pan do you mean the shallow filter, or the 4X4? I was wondering about that....

I sent mine to be powder coated black, then milled the emblem back off, looks super cool. If someone will post it I'll take a picture, I just don't have the skills to post pictures, no matter how hard I try.

Magnet?

Guys,

How did you mount the magnet in your application? I got a PML cover for my 4R70W and used JB Weld. Do you think this will hold up?

Fun times!!!!

Just be careful with your lowered trucks when you go over speed bumps!

Greg send me your pics and I'll hook them up for you. www.joemessana@jvi.net
