Even with pretty decent traction I could never dip into the 12's with my 99
13.9 @ 99 stock
13.01 @ 102 modded chippenfilter 3lb lower
The quest for 12's were the goal with the 01
Stock 13.6 @ 101
semi modded: 13.1 @ 103 (traction problems)
Took it to WFC5 with Lakewoods, chippenfilter, FTVB, 4# lower on F1's lookin for consistent 12's.
12.56 @ 108 1.85 60-foot on F1's BIATCH
12.52 @ 107 on ET streets
Goal achieved. Fast enough for now.
Driving technique and handling are 2003's focus.

First time out the truck had about 1200 miles on it and the temp and humidity were high.....14.0x @ 99.xx mph.
Six months later (3 1/2 weeks ago) the truck has nearly 15,000 miles on it and the temps were LOOOOOW

As most of you are tired of hearing about it now I won't say that the truck is still basically stock. I'm waiting on one more nice cold track outing to try to crack the 12's as is and then I'm going to play with it a little.

We seem to have had very simular times moving down the ET CHART with simular mods. And it also seems both of us finally got a cool day at the track and finally got our 12.
I went from 13.1 to 12.8 with no mod change on F-1's
You went from 13.1 to 12.5
AWESOME
Was that on slicks or F-1's ?
I'm on the fence between the juice or the KB for this season ?
And I found out last season it actually goes slower with 6lbs of pulley at the track "on a hot day" "and a hot run" than 4lbs, so ICE COLD SUB ZERO NITROUS interest me very much
