One thing is for sure, ford must not think the cage is needed for the cobra's setup????

Cobra has a cage - it's just a different cage, it holds an idler pulley also.

It can have the same shaft, snout, rotor pack, gears, bearings, etc. but that doesn't make it EXACTLY the same.

Where the hell did I make the earthshattering connection that you can just bolt it right in? He didn't ask if he could swap the blower, he asked about the pulley. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING, concerning the pulley is the same for both, hence my statements. The only thing you cannot do is use a lightning upper pulley puller on the Cobra as it hits a hose.

I thought Todd, who said nothing wrong now that I know he was talking about the lower pulley, was talking about the upper pulley, as both myself, and another poster above Todd mentioned the upper, and I thought he was sticking with the flow. Not only that, but a 4# Cobra pulley happens to be the stock L pulley. Thats why Iw as lead to believe he was speaking about the upper.

Give me a break, he asked about a pulley, I thought he was talking about the upper pulley, and in that case nothing I said was incorrect. Keep rolling your eyes, you apparently have to be right no matter what. You didn't even come to this thread with anything of value, except to point out the obvious.
