Also, the shop by my house called High flow heads does fantastic head work, they are one of the best out there and mike haley is a awesome guy. There saying the PI heads over all are really good from the factory, but the big hang up is the cams, guides, springs and vavle sizing.
With just basic head work that they do with new cms, guides, springs, vavles and other associated parts and just a very mild port and polish they are picking up 30 to 35 HP on a regular GT mustang.
He's yet to do a set on a Lightning, but I'm going to make sure he does mine so if anyone in the chicago land area is looking for a good job I'll direct you to him.
