Rob, there is a "key in warning" switch snapped to the side of the ign lock cylinder. Sometimes when its not supposed to) and the truck dings to tell you your key is in the ignition. (even when its not). Just take it in and get it fixed under warranty, its a pretty common occurance across the ford line, shouldnt be to hard for them to take care of.
Jeff,
AT LEAST SOMEONE HAS A HELPFUL ANSWER, Thanks Jeff your OK in my book man, no matter what Gator says, Just one problem:
Just take it in and get it fixed under warranty

ok update

I checked everything with no luck.
I opened both Doors, the Hood, and Tail Gate
and slammed them all shut, still nothing.
I banged pushed and messed with the Ign Key,
Seat Belt, and Light Switch, Still nothing.

Drove it a while, got in and out, STILL NOTHING
Still DING DING DING DING every time I open the door

Got home shut it off again,
ALL BETTER

WHO KNOWS ???

Sounds like it's time to either unplug the buzzer or take a trip to the dealership.

Try the good ole disconnect the battery trick, let it sit for a few minutes and hook it up.

If all else fails repeat the steps above although, reverse the posts. You will get a real bang with the results.

DISCLAMER:

ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR I' AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR .

Blame someone else.

Nice off topic thread....

Speaking of the going in and out the window. When I was at tranny school in Indiana there was a girl in a black eclipse that did that. One of the other students made the "Duke or Hazard" comment and I couldn't stop laughing. HaHa. Guess you had to be there to see it. -Mat-

Anybody know why the dam thing is doing it
Rob prolly the key sensor switch is bunged up, take your key and 'jiggle' it in the igntion switch a few times. Mines done it in the past..
